I have a wealth of experience working with a wide variety of issues including relationship concerns with individuals or couples; anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, lack of meaning or direction, anger, confidence building, divorce/separation, infidelity, relationship issues, childhood issues, stress, living with chronic illness, bereavement and loss, trauma and body image.
I use an integrative approach to counselling which allows flexibility and enables me to find the most suitable therapy for your individual needs. This could include Psychodynamic work, Person Centred therapy, Transactional Analysis and Relational work. These are all very technical terms - but using a wide range of theories and practices, I can offer a customised approach, empathically and without judgement, to fit your specific needs.
I am a fully qualified and insured counsellor working within the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) Code of Ethics. Find me on the BACP Register of Counsellors & Psychotherapists, a register approved by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.
