An initial consultation allows me to introduce my service and ensure the counselling and therapy I can offer is right for you.
I offer a free consultation that is a structured 15-minute session during which I gather basic personal information and gain an initial understanding of your needs. I can propose ways in which we can work together in future counselling sessions and explain some details about the counselling.
- It can be either face-to-face, via Skype, WhatsApp or phone call.
- It’s a time we can get to know each other a little.
- It’s not a counselling session but can be useful to give you an idea of how I work.
A free consultation is not necessary before counselling begins but can be useful.
